城市新移民自雇创业问题研究述评

A Review of Self-employed Issues About the City New Immigrants

自雇创业既是一种就业形式,也是一种创业形式。自雇创业是外来人口"落脚城市"的有效途径,也是活跃城市商贸流通和培育小微企业创业的重要组成部分。从自雇者个体特征、迁移动机、行为决策、创业模式及意义等方面对城市新移民自雇创业问题的相关研究进行了梳理,研究发现,自雇创业型城市移民的类型化与模式化研究还有待深入,创业行为机理还需要发掘,此外创业的空间地点因素还没有引起足够的重视和研究。

Self-employment is not only a form of employment, but also a form of entrepreneurship. It is an effective way to ＂live in the city＂ for the immigrants, and also an important part of advancing the circulation in the urban commerce and trade and developing the small and micro company. This paper deals with the related studies of the self-employment about the city new immigrants from the individual characteristics of the self-employment , the motivation of the immigration, behavioral decision, business model, the significance of the self-employment and so on. The paper finds that the type and pattern of the self-employed immigration should be investigated in the depth; the motivation of the entrepreneurial behavior should be explored. Besides, the space and location of the entrepreneur has not been attracted sufficient attention and research.
