通过具体指标,研究了优秀青年女子篮球运动员的身体形态、身体机能、运动素质的状况,并对其体能水平做出了综合评价,建立了综合评价模型;制定了优秀青年女子篮球运动员体能水平单项评分标准及体能均衡度等级与评价标准,这些研究结果对发现优秀青年女子篮球运动员体能发展水平的优势与不足具有一定科学指导作用,为教练员更好地控制运动训练过程提供更全面、更有效的数据,并提出今后篮球运动员体能研究深化方向。

This research uses the literature review, expert investigationto study thebody shape, the body function, the movement quality condition of outstanding youth woman basketball athlete and made the quality synthetic evaluation to its physical ability level. It has established the quality synthetic evaluation model, formulated the outstanding youth woman basketball athlete physical ability horizontal single item point scale.
