补液对大学生足球运动员身体机能的影响 被引量:3

摘要 通过实验对比分析探讨了学生足球运动员服用不同饮料对身体机能的影响。结果表明:(1)补水组和补运动饮料组受试者的主观运动强度感觉值在运动20min、40min时,两者之间无显著性差异(p﹥0.05);当运动到60min、80min和100min时两组具有非常显著性差异(p﹤0.01)。补充运动饮料组的主观疲劳程度相对较轻。(2)补运动饮料与补水组组间运动中心率变化差异不显著(p﹥0.05)。(3)补运动饮料组运动后的血糖、血乳酸均高于补水组具有非常显著性差异(p﹤0.01);补运动饮料组运动后的Bun、Hb、Hct与补水组相比无显著性差异(p﹥0.05)。说明补运动饮料组的运动能力、无氧代谢能力比补水组强。(4)补水组和补运动饮料组运动血钾、血钠均有非常显著性差异(p﹤0.01),说明补运动饮料组运动能力优于补水组。 Through the experiment contrasts, this paper discusses the influence of taking different drinks on some functions of organism. Result : ( 1 ) When they exercise for 20min or 40min, there was no significant difference between the subjects who drink water and the subjects who take sports drink in terms of the value for subjective sensation of exercise intensity ( p 〉 0. 05 ) ;when they exercise for 60min, 80min and lO0min, the values for the two groups are significantly different(p 〈 0. 01 ). And the subjects who take sports drink feel less tired. (2) The variation difference of heart rate during exercise between the subjects who drink water and the subjects who take sports drink is non - significant( p 〉 0. 05 ). (3) After exercise , the blood sugar level and the blood lactic acid level of the subjects who take sports drink are higher than that of the subjects who drink water and have a very significant difference (p 〉 0. 05) ; the Bun,Hb,Hct of the subjects who take sports drink and the sub- jects who drink water are roughly similar( p 〉 0. 05 ). It indicatesthat the athletic ability and the anaerobic capacity of the sub- jects who take sports drink are stronger. (4)The blood potassium and the sodium of the two different kinds of subjects are very different( p 〈 0.01 ) ,which indicates that the athletic ability of the subjects who take sports drink are superior to the subjects who drink water.
