摘要
研究基于利益相关者视角,以我国第八轮的体育与健康课程改革为例证,对课程改革过程中的利益相关者进行了界定与分析,探讨了当前体育与健康课程改革中各利益相关者的利益冲突,认为体育与健康课程改革应在利益主体、利益导向、利益机制、利益范围四个层面进行协调,从而实现各利益相关者利益的相对平衡,以翼为我国体育与健康课程改革的规范化和科学化提供思考。
It based on the stakeholder perspective, and takes the reform of China 's eighth round of physical education and health curriculum as an example, and makes the definition and analysis of stakeholders in the process of curriculum reform, discussing the interests conflict of the physical education and health curriculum reform stakeholders. It believes that the reform of the physical education and health courses should be coordinated in four aspects: stakeholders, interests, interests mechanism, interest four aspects, to achieve the relative balance in the interests of all stakeholders, so as to provide reflections on reform of our physical education and health curriculum.
