基于国际油价波动完善我国油价形成机制对策研究

Countermeasure Study on Improving the Domestic Oil Formation Mechanism Based on the Fluctuation of International Oil Price

石油是现代工业的"血液",对国民经济发展产生了极其重要的影响。近年来我国石油定价不透明、与国际市场不同步、涨多跌少、民营资本难以进入石油垄断行业等问题都引起了人们的不满。在阐述完善我国石油价格形成机制需考虑的国际因素基础上,分析油价形成机制存在的问题,探讨在国际油价波动不断的背景下,形成更加完善科学的国内油价形成机制。

Oil is the blood of modem industry, and has a very important influence on the development of nation economy. In recent years, the opaque domestic oil price, the non-synchronous pricing with the international market, price rising more with failing less, difficult entry for the private capital in the oil monopoly industry and so on have caused much dissatisfaction. This paper analyzes the problem existing in oil price formation mechanism on the basis of the statement of considerable interna- tional factors of China＇s oil price formation mechanism; discusses how to improve the domestic oil formation mechanism under the background of the fluctuations of international oil price.
