摘要
根据微细矿浆的性质特点 ,开发出了一种更加适宜于高压过滤机处理微细颗粒浆体的新型复合滤布 ,其表面光滑且疏水 (接触角 10 0°～ 135°) ,孔隙率大于 70 % ,孔径范围可控制在 0 .2 μm～ 5 .0 μm之间。经试用 ,表明其具有延长使用寿命、提高过滤效率、增大滤饼产量、降低滤饼水分、滤液更加澄清等优点。
According to the special performance of the tiny ore pulp, the new type composite filter has been deve loped which is more suitable for the high pressure filtration of tiny particle pulp. The surface is smooth and drainage (contact angle 100°～135°), the porosity is more than 70%, aperture range can be controlled to 0.2 μm～0.5 μm. Through testing, it shows the advantages of extending the usage, impro ving the filtration efficiency, increasing the filter cake production and reducing the moisture of the filter cake, filter liquor will be more clearly.
