摘要 提高教育质量,促进教师专业成长是师范大学、地方政府、中小学校共同的责任和使命。随着新时期我国教师教育文化的发展和教师教育模式的转变,东北师范大学以"教师教育创新东北实验区"为平台,以"U-G-S"教师教育模式为引领,探索并实施了以"同课异构"为主要方式的"有效教学"现场会,对提高教师培训成效、促进教师专业发展、改善课堂教学质量产生了积极地作用和影响,形成一条教师教育事业建设的特色之路,推动了新时期我国教师教育事业的发展。 Normal universities, local governments, middle schools and elementary schools have the same responsibility in improving the quality of education and promoting the professional growth of teachers. With the development of teachers' education culture and the transition of teachers' education model, Northeast Normal University takes 'The teachers' education innovation experiment areas in Northeast of China' as a platform, the 'U-G-S' pattern as lead, explores and implements the 'effective teaching' symposium with 'the heterogeneous classes' as the main mode, which has positive influence on in-service teachers' training, teachers' professional development and the quality of classroom teaching. At the same time, it forms a characteristic road of teachers' education and promotes the development of teachers' education in the new period.
