全国优秀博士学位论文校际与省际分布特征分析

Correlation analysis on distribution characteristics of national excellent doctoral dissertations between universities and provinces

通过对1999-2012年的1369篇全国优秀博士学位论文的校际、省际分布状况进行统计分析得出研究结论：（1）全国优秀博士学位论文分布存在显著的校际差异；（2）全国优秀博士学位论文分布存在显著的省际差异；（3）全国优秀博士学位论文的省际分布与高校层级分布存在统计学意义上的强正相关。最后，提出加大对博士生培养弱势地区、弱势高校的投入与支持力度的政策建议。

The paper comes to conclusion by statistical analysis of the distribution among universities and provinces of the 1369 National Excellent Doctoral Dissertations between 1999~2012. First, there are significant differences in the distribution of NEED between different universities. Secondly, there are significant differences in the distribution of NEED between different provinces. Thirdly,there has statistically significant strong positive correlation between the distribution of NEED in different provinces and in different levels of universities. Finally, the policy recommendations that increasing investment and support for weak areas and universities in doctoral education are proposed.
