摘要
试验选用3只健康的安装永久性瘤胃瘘管的波杂羊,采用尼龙袋法测定不同稻草秸秆微生物饲料的动态降解参数。结果表明:发酵饲料DM的快速降解部分(a)、慢速降解部分(b)、降解速度(c)、有效降解率(ED)在不同含水量、不同发酵时间下有显著差异,a、b值变化趋势一致,c、ED值的变化趋势一致。其中以60%组发酵30 d饲料的a、b、ED值最高,分别为7.60%、39.37%、38.75%,高于0 d(P<0.01)、10 d(P<0.01)、20 d(P<0.05)的发酵饲料;c值为0.075 8/h,显著高于0 d(P<0.01)。结果显示,含水分60%的饲料发酵30 d的降解速度最快,DM有效降解率最高。
Three ruminally cannulated goats were used to investigate the DM dynamic degradation parameters of straw microbial feeds with in situ. The results show that: Rapid degradation part of D M (a) ,the slow degradation of part(b) ,the degradation rate( c), effective degradation rate( ED ) with fermented feeds had significant differences in different moisture content and fermentation time, a and b value changed in the same, variation of c, ED agreement. The 60% group of 30 d fermentation feeds a, b, ED value was the highest,respectively 7.60% ,39.37% ,38.75% ,0 higher than 0 d( P 〈0.01 ) , 10 d ( P 〈 0. 01 ) ,20 d ( P 〈 0. 05 ) ; the c value was 0. 075 8/h, significantly higher than 0 d ( P 〈 0. 01 ). The results suggest that, the degradation speed was the fastest of water containing 60% through 30 d fermented feed,and the DM effective degradation rate was highest.
