进境旅客携带的澳大利亚苹果中美澳型核果褐腐病菌的检测与鉴定 被引量:1

摘要 南京禄口国际机场口岸从进境旅客携带的澳大利亚苹果中截获疑似褐腐病果。病果表面靠近果肩处有水渍状褐色病斑,经保湿培养后褐色病斑迅速扩展至全果,果实表面出现灰褐色绒状霉层,果实腐烂。对病果进行分离培养、形态学观察、PCR检测及ITS序列分析和致病性测定后,将病菌鉴定为美澳型核果褐腐病菌(Monilinia fructicola)。这是江苏省首次从旅客携带的澳大利亚苹果中截获该检疫性有害生物。
