摘要
针对日本进口的卫生筷子自动生产机床出料端没有成品筷子大小头分流器而只能人工分选这一问题,在机床后端一侧设计了一套齿轮传动的偏心轮摇杆机构,实现了成品筷子大小头的自动分选。
In view of the issue concerning only manual separation due to the absence of finished chopstick small and large head shunts at the discharge end of automatic hygienic chopstick machines imported from Japan, a set of gear transmission-based eccentric wheel rocker mechanism are designed at the back end of the machine, realizing the automatic separation of small and large heads of finished chopstick products.
