摘要
介绍了电子病历的定义和应用意义,阐述了实现电子病历的关键技术和其所须遵循的协议标准,回顾了国内外电子病历的发展状况,指出了国内电子病历发展面临的问题,并结合国内外学者的科研成果,提出了未来电子病历智能化、标准和集成化、区域共享化的发展趋势。
The definition and significance of electronic patient record （EPR） are briefly introduced, along with the key technologies and standards of EPR. The application at home and abroad is reviewed and the problems faced in the devel- opment of EPR in China are pointed out. The future development of EPR is especially analyzed also.
