摘要
孙中山不仅是一位伟大的革命家、政治家和思想家 ,同时也是一位学识广博的学者。他在东西饮食文化领域进行过深入的比较与研究 ,并从政治战略的高度对人类这一最基本的物质生活给予了深刻的关注 ,将其纳入《三民主义》和《建国方略》之中 ,构成了他思想体系的独特方面———东西饮食文化观。它从一个侧面再现了孙中山的革命热情与治国战略、价值追求和崇高人格 。
Sun Zhongshan ont only was a revolutionist, statesman and ideologist, but a great learning scholar. He engaged in a thorough comparison and study in diet culture fields of the east and the west, and profoundly paid an attention to people's essential material life from political and stategy's point of view, sucked it into the Three People' Principles and Constructive Scheme, made up a particular aspect of his own idea\|diet culture thought of the east and the west. And it reflected Sun Zhongshan's revolutionary spirit and managing state affairs' strategy,pursuing value and spiritual character which left a lot of enlightment behind for today's people.
