斗南锰矿井巷掘进与支护实践

Discussion on Tunneling and Tunnel Retaining Practice in Dounan Manganese Mine

巷道是矿山建设的基础组成部分,而掘进和支护是巷道施工必不可缺的两个步骤,做好矿山巷道掘进和支护工作显得尤为重要。本文介绍了云南文山斗南锰矿矿区地质概况及开拓方法,全面回顾了近几年斗南锰矿井巷掘进与支护技术的发展,阐述了矿山的平巷掘进、人行溜矿井掘进及喷锚支护技术。针对斗南锰矿平巷掘进过程中十分破碎的松软岩体,采用"超前支护、短进尺、弱爆破、强支护"综合技术,在实际应用中取得较好的效果。在此基础上对矿山掘进和支护的未来进行了展望。

The tunnel is the basic part of mine construction, and the tunneling and tunnel retaining is the two necessary steps of tunnel construction, which are particularly important. The geology and development method of Yunnan Wenshan Donnan Manganese mine is introduced, the tunneling and tunnel retaining technology development of Dounan manganese mine in recent yeats is reviewed, and the gallery driving, the pedestrian roadway and ore pass tunneling and sbotcrete bolting technique are elaborated. The synthesis technique of ＂pre -support, short driving, weak blasting, strong support＂ is adopted according to the very broken soft rock in the mine, which get the better effect in the practical application, and the future of the mine tunneling and support is prospected on that basis.
