摘要 阐述了驰宏锌锗电铅煤气熔铅炉采用蓄热炉的改造方案,介绍了蓄热炉的工作原理及具体改造及故障问题的处理。改造效果单台节能达23%,熔铅速度大幅提升、炉温均匀性极大改善,实现了熔铅温度的自动控制,安全生产得到了有效保障。 The modification scheme of using the regenerating furnace for the lead smelting gas furnace in electrolytic lead production is introduced, and the working principle, the detailed modification and the troubleshooting of the regenerating furnace is introduced. The modification effect is: the energy saving of single furnace can reach to 23% , the lead molten speed is increased substantially, the furnace temperature uniformity is improved greatly, so that the automatic control of lead molten temperature is realized, the safety production is effectively guaranteed.
