Objective This article intends to improve the law- based administration of health quarantine. Methods By analyzing the preparation and implement of the quality management systems, the paper summarizes the experience and explores how to develop the establishment of the systems. Results The establishment of the quality management systems is beneficial to carding workflow of health quarantine, formation the mechanism of continuous improvement, and quality improvement. Conclusion Building the quality management systems can improve the standardization and scientific develooment of the health auarantine.
