目的探讨口岸检验检疫设备选取过程中应用数学模型,建立指标评价体系的方法,及其实际应用。方法对口岸一线检验检疫工作中对设备各项指标的要求进行剖析,选取合适的评价指标,确定权重,建立数学模型,通过对不同的仪器设备各项指标打分,乘以权重,得到综合得分,按综合得分排序以选择最佳仪器设备。结果口岸检验检疫设备筛选指标评价体系可以有效筛选适合各类检验检疫工作环境的相应仪器设备,使设备选择科学化、标准化。结论建立口岸检验检疫设备筛选指标评价体系是口岸各项检验检疫工作的前期准备,有助于推进口岸核心能力建设。

Objective This paper discusses the method of constructing index evaluation system by using mathematical method and its practical use while screening port inspection and quarantine equipments. Methods Methods are used to analyze work demands for the indexes of port inspection and quarantine equipments, then screen and weight appropriate indexes, construct mathematical model, give scores to different equipments, multiply the corresponding weight and obtain comprehensive composite score, and then select the best equipment according to the result. Results Applying port inspection and quarantine equipment screening index evaluation system to effectively screening equipment make the equipment screening work standardized and scientific. Conclusion Constructing port inspection and quarantine equipment screening index evaluation system is the preliminary work of port inspection and quarantine task and could help promote the building of core port capacity.
