Implementation of Roy's Adaptation Model in Family Care of Postoperative Patients with Breast Cancer

罗伊适应模式全面阐述了人面对刺激的适应过程,为临床护理实践提供了一个系统的理论框架。乳腺癌患者术后面临着重新适应家庭和社会等诸多挑战,本文以罗伊适应模式为基础,从生理功能、自我概念、角色功能、相互依赖4个方面对患者的行为进行评估,帮助社区护理人员更好地进行居家照护。

Roy＇s Adaptation Model explains the process of individuals＇ adaptation when facing with stimuli, which provides a systematic framework for nursing practice. Meanwhile, postoperative patients with breast cancer confront a series of challenges from the family and society. In order to facilitate the family care for postoperative patients with breast cancer, this article evaluated patients＇ behavior based on the Roy＇s Adaptation Model in four adaptive modes： physiologic, self-concept, role function and the interdependent mode.
