TNF-α基因-238位点单核苷酸多态性与宫颈癌以及HPV感染的关系 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨TNF-α基因-238位点的单核苷酸多态性与宫颈癌以及HPV感染的关系。方法采用TDI-FP的方法对58例宫颈癌以及22例对照进行TNF-α基因-238位点的单核苷酸多态性检测。宫颈癌患者进行HPV感染检测。结果TNF-α基因-238位点三种基因型(GG、GA、AA)及两种等位基因(G、A)的分布在宫颈癌和对照组之间没有统计学差异(P>0.05),TNF-α基因-238位点各等位基因的分布在HPV感染组与HPV感染阴性组之间无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论TNF-α基因-238位点A等位基因以及GA、AA基因型与宫颈癌的危险性升高及HPV感染危险性无明显相关性。 Objective To explore the relationship between the polymorphisms of TNF-α gene at the site of -238 and cervical cancer and HPV infection. Methods TDI - FP was adopted to detect the polymorphisms of TNF-α gene at the site of - 238 in 58 cases of cervical cancer and 22 controls. HPV infection was detected in cervical cancer cases. Results The types distribution of GG, GA and AA were similar between two groups ( P 〉 0.05 ). No significant difference was found in the distribution of the two alleles (G/A) at the site of -238 between two groups(P 〉 0.05 ). No significant difference was found in polymorphisms at -238 of TNF-α gene between HPV negative and positive cases ( P 〉 0. 05 ). Conclusion There is no relationship between polymorphisms of - 238 of TNF-α gene and the increasing risk of cervical cancer and HPV infection.
