Nesfatin-1与RBP4在糖尿病巨大儿母血及脐血中的表达 被引量:9

摘要 目的研究人新饱食分子蛋白1(nesfatin-1)和视黄醛结合蛋白4(RBP4)在巨大儿母血、脐血中的表达及意义。方法采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)巨大儿、非糖耐量异常(NGT)巨大儿、GDM正常儿及NGT正常儿各25例母血、脐血中nesfatin-1与RBP4的表达情况,并分析两者的表达与母血葡萄糖浓度及胎儿体重的相关性。结果脐血nesfatin-1及RBP4的表达趋势与母血基本一致。与NGT巨大儿及NGT正常儿相比,GDM巨大儿及GDM正常儿母血nesfatin-1的浓度显著下降(P<0.05)。GDM巨大儿与GDM正常儿,NGT巨大儿与NGT正常儿母血nesfatin-1的浓度无显著差异(P>0.05)。与NGT正常儿相比,GDM巨大儿、NGT巨大儿及GDM正常儿母血血清RBP4的浓度显著升高(P<0.05)。母血nesfatin-1表达水平与母血葡萄糖浓度呈负相关(P<0.05),与胎儿体重无显著相关性(P>0.05);母血RBP4表达水平与母血葡萄糖浓度及胎儿体重呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论 nesfatin-1可能参与了妊娠糖尿病的发生发展,与巨大儿的形成无明显关系,而RBP4不但与妊娠糖尿病密切相关,并且可能是巨大儿发生的危险因素。
