基于人员结构特点的高校图书馆员职业危机研究——以湖南省部分高校图书馆为例

Investigation on Professional Crises of University Librarians Based on Stuff Structure Characteristics ——Taking Certain Universities in Hunan Province as Example

调查了湖南省部分高校图书馆员的学历、职称、学科结构,在此基础上,对当前高校图书馆员职业危机进行了分析探讨,并提出相应的对策,以期为高校图书馆的可持续发展提供决策参考。

By taking certain universities in Hunan province as an example,librarians structure is statistically analyzed from education,professional title and subject. Based on this,this paper carries out study on the professional crises of university librarians,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures,which would provide the policy-making reference for the sustainable development of university library.
