摘要
本文指出学科服务契合了大学图书馆服务与"知识"相关的本质,体现了大学图书馆的内涵。提出通过制定以学科服务为主线的图书馆组织结构,因地制宜组建高效团队的组织创新是大学图书馆学科服务实施的保障。对专职团队和兼职团队创建运用成功的案例做了介绍。并通过详尽的分析指出如何通过组织创新,进而实现图书馆的知识管理。提出知识创新是大学图书馆学科服务的核心,阐述了知识创新的意义、学科服务知识创新的战略思维以及具体学科服务知识的创新过程和在服务过程中知识的转化、整合、转移、增值过程和实现学科服务的自我超越,构建出图书馆的核心竞争力。
This paper points out that the subject service fits to the essence of "service"and "knowledge"for university library reflecting the basic intensions of the university library. Putting forward by making subject service the main line of library organization structure and establishing a highly efficient subject service teams are the guarantees of the implement for the library subject service. This paper introduces the successful cases which created by the professional team and part-time teams. In addition,by using the detailed analysis it points out how to realize the organization innovation so as to realize the library's knowledge management. At the same time,it puts forward knowledge innovation is the core of university library subject service and describes the significance of knowledge innovation,the strategic thinking of the subject service innovation as well as the specific process of the innovation. Through the conversion,integration,transfer,and value-added process of knowledge service,the core competence of the library is built up.
