摘要
本文从图书馆期刊阅览室管理创新、馆员能力培养、服务能力、读者的沟通四个方面探究了加强期刊阅览室管理,提高服务能力的新模式。
This article explored the new management model to strengthen the management of periodical reading room and improve the service ability from four aspects including innovation of library management, training of librarians' ability, service ability and communication with readers.
