摘要
简要回顾了区域经济一体化的发展,介绍了国内外区域经济一体化法制环境的现状和发展趋势,并结合京津冀区域法制一体化的必要性,阐述了京津冀区域法制一体化的存在的问题及措施。
This paper reviewed the development of regional economic integration and demonstrated the current situation and tendency of legal environment for domestic and overseas economic integration. The problems of legal integration in Beijing- Tianjin-Hebei region were identified and the relevant countermeasures were provided by analyzing the necessities of legal integration in the region.
