近年来,绍兴市发展现代农业取得了一定的成效,但也面临农业资源紧缺、基础设施薄弱、综合竞争能力还不强等制约因素和问题,加快发展农业现代化,需要合理利用自然资源、有序发展生态循环农业、不断强化基础设施、进一步推进产业化经营和科教兴农等多措并举。
