通过四效降膜蒸发系统浓缩谷氨酸等电母液中试 ,为“味精清洁生产技术———谷氨酸提取闭路循环新工艺”工业化实施奠定了基础 。

The studies on applying four effect falling film evaporation system in condensing glutamic acid isoelectric mother solution on a pilot scale, which lay a foundation of industrial implementation of cleaner production technology and offer a valuable experience of applying four effect falling film system in industry, was reported in this paper.
