Canned food is a part of food industries.The preservation by can pack is one of important methods for food preservation.It has become a mature industral department,although its history is only 200 years.It is also a main product to exprot and get foreign exchange in China.The canned food made a great contribution for getting foreign exchange,meeting the needs of the people and ensuring the military supplies.Its development prospect is broad,though there are many difficulties.
