hARD1与肿瘤细胞凋亡及增殖的相关性研究进展

摘要 乙酰化在不同的生物过程中起着重要作用,如 DNA 修复、蛋白质的稳定性和核转位、蛋白质间的相互作用以及细胞增殖、分化和凋亡等。在人类约84%蛋白质 N-末端存在乙酰化修饰,其作用对于蛋白质的稳定性和活性产生重大影响。蛋白质乙酰化由一套范围很广的乙酰基转移酶催化;其中 N-α-乙酰基转移酶可将乙酰辅酶 A的乙酰基转移到新生多肽 N端,从而使新生多肽带负电荷,以影响蛋白质的稳定性及活性。相关研究表明50%的酵母蛋白和30%的哺乳动物蛋白受到 N-α-乙酰化。
