摘要
在考察中国公共图书馆阅读推广发展历程的基础上,分析影响21世纪中国公共图书馆阅读推广发展的四大要素:相关政策与法规、图书馆馆舍、图书馆馆员、图书馆领导和管理,剖析其对中国公共图书馆阅读推广活动在规模、内容、形式、深度、广度等方面的影响,展望阅读推广活动的发展趋势和方向。
By reviewing the development of reading promotion in China’s public libraries,the present article analyzes the four key elements of their reading promotion development in the 21st century including the related policy and regulations,the library building,the librarian,and the leadership and management of the library and studies the influence of these elements on the scale,the content,the form,the depth and the scope of reading promotion activities so as to look to the trend and direction of the reading promotion.
