摘要 针对喇嘛甸油田特高含水期开发特点,研究低成本沥青颗粒调剖技术,提出沥青原材料优选、沥青调质改性、磺化及降温研磨三步加工法.结果表明:沥青颗粒在水溶液中搅拌后静止3 min悬浮率大于90%,黏弹域温度在40~60℃可调,粒径在0.02~1.00 mm可控;沥青颗粒来源于地层且可在地面合成,在油层高温条件下相互粘结,对地层伤害小;调剖剂成本低,配置质量浓度为3 000 mg/L时,每立方米调剖液中颗粒成本在20元以内,具有封堵强度高、增油有效期长等特点,为厚油层挖潜提供经济和有效的技术支持. For the development features of high water cut in Lamadian oilfield,the profile control technology of low-cost bitumen particles was developed,which provides the information as to how to select bitumen material,adjust bitumen quality and change its property,and process with three-step of sulfonation,cooling and grinding.The results show that in aqueous solution the bitumen particles suspension rate is more than 90%after it was stirred and static 3minutes;the temperature of viscoelastic region can be adjusted from 40 to 60℃;the diameter of the particles can be controlled from 0.02 to 1.00mm;the bitumen particle originated from the layer and can be combined on the ground.In the condition of high temperature of layer,the particle can splice each other,which do little damage to the layer;the cost of profile control agent is very low,for example,when the mass concentration is 3 000mg/L,the cost of particle per cubic meter profile control solution is within 20 RMB.The plugging strength is very high and effective period of increasing oil is very long.Economic and effective technical support can be provided for further development of thick oil reservoir.
