十元环一维孔道分子筛的合成及其正丁烯骨架异构性能分析 被引量:3

摘要 采用水热合成法合成SAPO-11、ZSM-22、ZSM-23和ZSM-35具有十元环一维孔道结构的分子筛,应用XRD、SEM、NH3-TPD方法对分子筛样品进行表征,利用连续流动固定床评价装置,考察反应温度为400℃、空速为7h-1条件下,4种分子筛对正丁烯骨架异构化性能,分析分子筛的酸性及其空间孔道结构对催化性能的影响.结果表明:对于正丁烯骨架异构,十元环一维的分子筛催化剂中ZSM-35分子筛的性能最佳,异丁烯选择性超过91%,异丁烯收率可在10h内持续在44%左右. Four kinds of SAPO-11,ZSM-22,ZSM-23and ZSM-35molecular sieves of 10-membered ring of one-dimensional channel have been successfully synthesized using a hydrothermal method.The course of the reaction was monitored by XRD,SEM and TPD of ammonia.The activity tests were carried out in a continuous fixed bed reactor under temperature 400℃and WHSV at 7h-1.We also discussed the acid molecular sieve and its spatial channel structure on the properties of molecular sieve catalyst.The results of skeletal isomerization of 1-butene for the test showe that the performance of ZSM-35molecular sieves in 10-membered ring of one-dimensional is the optimal catalyst.Isobutene selective can reach more than 91%,Isobutylene yields can be sustained within the 10 hat around 44%.
