摘要
为了对从吉林省向海自然保护区采集的300份野鸭咽喉拭子和泄殖腔拭子中分离到的18株禽副黏病毒6型(APMV-6)进行鉴定,试验通过RT-PCR方法,扩增了5株来源于不同宿主的APMV-6病毒的F和HN基因。结果表明:5株病毒的F基因长度均为1 836 bp,HN基因为2 031 bp;5株病毒F和HN基因同源性超过99%,且与TW分离株的同源性最高为98%;5株病毒均属于ClassⅠ分支。
To identify the eighteen isolates of avian paramyxovirus serotype 6 (APMV -6), which were isolated from 300 throat and cloacal swabs samples for wild ducks from Xianghai Nature Reserve in Jilin Provirlce. The F and HN genes of the five isolates of APMV - 6 from different hosts were amplified using RT - PCR assay. The results showed that the lengths of the F and HN genes from the five isolates of APMV - 6 HA and F genes were all 1 836 bp and 2 031 bp, respectively. The nucleotide homologies of the five isolates of APMV - 6 were all above 99%, which shared 98% nucleotide identity with the TW isolate. The results indicated that the five isolates belonged to the branch of Class I of APMV - 6.
