摘要
本文结合曲饼生产工艺的实际情况 ,介绍了曲饼成型模的研究设计。经生产实践验证 ,解决了长期以来曲饼成型质量不稳定的难题 。
The thesis discusses the research and design of the shaping mold of yeast cake on the basis of the process technology of yeast cake.During the production in which this technology is used,it solves the long_lasting problem that the quality of shaping yeast cake was unsteady.The technology is worth spreading in soy flavour YUK PING SHU winery.
