摘要
采用薄层色谱法对大米中矿物油的定性分析方法进行了研究。样品以石油醚快速提取并浓缩 ,点样于GF2 54 硅胶板 ,经石油醚—乙醚混合溶剂展开后 ,于波长 2 54nm紫外灯下观察紫色斑点的比移值 (Rf) ,并结合对照品进行定性分析。结果表明 ,该方法简便快捷、专属性强、灵敏度高 (最低检出含量 10mg/Kg) 。
A method was developed to determinate the mineral oil in rice by thin layer chromatography.Rice was rapidly extracted with petroleum ether,then concentrated and transferred onto a GF 254 fluorescent thin layer plate.After developed with petroleum ether-ether solution,the purple spot(Rf=0.71)which corresponded with reference standard was identified under 254nm ultraviolet light.Result shows that the method is rapid,specific,and leads to a higher sensitivity (MDL:10mg/Kg),which meets the requirement of rapid analysis.
