摘要 果寡低聚糖是一种新型饲料添加剂 ,可以促进肠道内双歧杆菌及乳酸杆菌等有益微生物的增殖 ,同时抑制沙门氏菌与大肠杆菌等病原菌的增殖 ,从而改善肠道微生态 ;它还可以改善脂质代谢 ,对蛋白质的代谢也有一定的影响 ;同时 ,它也可以促进日粮中钙、镁、磷及铁的吸收 ;另外 ,它还可以为肠粘膜细胞提供能源 ,增进肠粘膜细胞的增殖 ,促进肠道发育。 The fructooligosaccarides(FOS),as a new type of feed additive,promote the proliferation of favorable microbials such as Bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus while inhibit the colonization of pathogens such as Salmonella and E.coli ,improves the intestinal micro-ecology.The fructooligosaccarides also improve lipid metabolism and slightly shift protein metabolism from urea to faeca with no influence on net nitrogen balance.In addition,the fructooligosaccarides enhance the absorption of calcium,magnesium,phosphorus and iron in the intestine,and act as specific energy source of mucosal cell in the intestine,which promotes the intestinal development.The fructooligosaccarides are of great significance in animal production.
