未成年犯罪人社区矫正的路径选择——以社会控制理论为视角

On the Path Choice of the Community Correction of Criminal Minor:from the Perspective of Social Control Theory

实践中,未成年人社区矫正工作由于理念的缺失和人员的非专业性等,不符合未成年犯罪人的需要,缺乏应有的科学性。未成年人社区矫正工作的开展应该重视社会控制理论的运用,重新认识引起未成年人犯罪的原因,加强未成年犯罪人与家庭、学校之间的情感依恋;注重社区功能的发挥,为未成年犯罪人社区矫正提供多样化的渠道,让该群体有积极有益的活动可以参加并愿意参加,避免重新涉足违法犯罪活动,最终有效地实现预防和减少未成年人犯罪的目标。

Juvenile community correction work due to the lack of concept and staff of profes- sional, and so on, it is unable to cater to the needs of the juvenile criminal. Juvenile community correction work should pay attention to the use of social control theory, and to rethinking the cau- ses of juvenile crime. In that way , we can strengthen the emotional attachment between the juvenile offenders and family or school. We should keep a watchful eye on the community function and provide a variety of channel to community correction for juvenile criminal. We should base on the lead minors to participate in beneficial activities actively, and our ultimate goal is to prevent and reduce juvenile crime problem.
