摘要
本文主要从国际航空事故赔偿的责任限额、归责原则和赔偿范围进行了阐述,并对主要的国际公约进行了比较分析,最后提出了"接轨国际立法提高赔偿标准、强化保险意识转移航空风险和建立综合体系完善救济方式"等完善我国航空事故赔偿立法的方案。
This article concerns about international aviation accident compensation liability limit, the responsibility principle and scope of compensation and conducts a comparative analysis of the major international conventions, At last proposed ＂legislation to improve the integration of international compensation standards, and strengthen the transfer of insurance awareness aviation risks and establish a comprehensive system for perfect remedy ＂ and other programs to improve China＇ s aviation accident compensation legislation.
