摘要
茶黄素是一种天然的产物。目前,对于茶黄素的研究主要是从茶黄素的提取、茶黄素与红茶的品质、茶黄素的生理作用、茶黄素的应用4个主要方面进行研究。从近几年对茶黄素在生理作用与提取2个方面的研究进展进行论述。
Theaflavin is a natural substance. At present, researches on theaflavin are mainly conducted from four approaches, including the extracting of theaflavin, the quality of theaflavin and black tea, the physiological effect of theaflavin and the application of theaflavin. The thesis conducts a deep analysis focusing on the recent development of researches on the physiological effect and the extracting of theaflavin.
