农村城镇化进程中生态环境建设对策的国内外研究综述

Research Review of Ecological Environment Construction Countermeasures during the Process of Rural Urbanization at Home and Abroad

农村城镇化进程中的生态环境建设是保护生态环境,落实科学发展观,实现经济可持续发展的必要前提。国内外对农村城镇化进程中的生态环境建设的研究越来越深入,提出了很多相关建设的措施和方法,建立了很多相关建设的模式和体系。能够针对具体的地区或城市开展相关研究,也得出了相关的一些结论;一些新方法、新概念和新思路也被提出,并把研究范围不断扩大。但目前的研究,特别是国内的研究仍然存在一些问题,理论与实践相脱节;研究思路仍然比较狭窄;对影响生态环境的因素考虑不够周全;缺乏从哲学和社会学角度的研究。

Ecological environment construction is an indispensible premise for environmental protection, achievement of scientific development outlook, and economic sustainable development during the process of rural urbanization. In recent years, study on countermeasures of ecological environment construction during the process of rural urbanization has been more and more in depth. Many methods concerned were proposed, and many models and systems concerned were established. Researches concerned can be applied to realistic regions or cities, and results concerned can be given. Some new methods, new concepts and new trains of thought were put forward, and the scope of research was enlarged. But at present, studies especially in the domestic are still,facing some problems： theories and practices are isolated; the channel of thought is still narrow; consideration to factors influencing environment is not comprehensive; studies from angles such as philosophy and social science are insufficient.
