摘要
以葛根黄酮转移率、提取液透光率为指标,通过单因素实验和正交实验对澄清工艺进行优化,探讨了壳聚糖对葛根提取液澄清作用的影响。结果表明,壳聚糖用于澄清葛根提取液的最佳工艺条件为:壳聚糖分子量为400ku,壳聚糖用量为0.16g/100mL,温度为60℃,pH为5.5。在此条件下,黄酮转移率为73.25%,葛根澄清液透光率为97.9%,壳聚糖澄清葛根提取液的效果较好,葛根的有效成分也得到较好的保留。
The optimum condition of clarification process of extracting solution from Radix Puerariae with chitosan was investigated using single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment with the transport rate of flavonoid and the light transmittance of extracting solution as indexes. The optimum conditions of flocculation were as follows:the clarification temperature was 60℃,the amount of chitosan with molecular weight of 400ku was 0.16g/100mL(the content of chitosan per 100mL of extracting solution from Radix Puerariae) and the pH value was 5,5, Under this condition,the transport rate of flavonoid was 73.25% ,and the light transmittance was 97.9%. The clarification technology by chitosan had good effect on the extracting solution from Radix Puerariae,in addition,the effective component of Radix Puerariae was well preserved.
