摘要
用3-芳基-4-氨基-5-巯基-1,2,4-三唑与卤代烃发生烷基化反应,然后以乙酸为溶剂和催化剂,使之与不同取代基的芳香醛反应,合成了16个未经文献报道的标题化合物。通过IR、1HNMR和元素分析对所有化合物进行了结构表征,并对这些化合物进行了初步除草活性测试,结果表明大部分化合物表现出较好的除草活性,同时对该类席夫碱结构与活性的关系进行了探讨。
3-Aryl-4-amino-5-mercapto-1,2,4-triazole was reacted with halogenoalkane by alkylation. Then sixteen unreported Schiff bases were obtained using 3-alkylsulphanyl-5-aryl-4-amino-1,2,4-triazole and various substituted aromatic aldehydes with acetic acid as a solvent and catalyst. The structures of all the compounds were confirmed hy IR, I HNMR, and elemental analysis. Their preliminary biolobical activity tests indicated that several compounds exhibited good herbicidal activities.
