摘要 以空调转接头塑料制品为例,结合正交实验,以翘曲量为评价指标,研究模具温度、熔体温度、保压压力、保压时间等注塑工艺参数对制品翘曲变形的影响,运用极差法对正交实验结果进行分析,得到各工艺参数对翘曲变形影响的主次程度,最终获得最优工艺参数组合,即模具温度60℃,熔体温度240℃,保压压力35 MPa,保压时间15 s,在此工艺组合下的翘曲量为0.092 1 mm。 Taking air conditioning connector plastic products as an example and the warpage value as evaluation index, combined with orthogonal experiment, the effects of injection molding process parameters such as mold temperature, melt temperature, holding pressure, holding time on the warpage of the products were studied. Orthogonal experimental results were analyzed by the range method and the primary and secondary effects of the process parameters on the warpage were gained. Finally the optimal combination of the process parameters is obtained, which is that the mold temperature is 60 ℃, the melting temperature is 240℃ the holding pressure is 35 MPa and the holding time is 15 s. The warpage value under the optimal combination of the process parameters is 0.0921 mm.
