摘要
通过湿热加速老化试验,研究了湿热环境(温度50℃、湿度95%)对一种改性聚乙烯(PE)材料力学性能的影响。结果表明,随试验时间的延长,改性PE材料的拉伸强度和弯曲强度总体呈增加趋势,缺口冲击强度总体呈下降趋势。然后以缺口冲击强度作为评价指标,通过统计分析的方法,预测该改性PE材料在湿热环境下的贮存使用寿命为1 a,取老化试验湿热环境与自然贮存环境(温度25℃、湿度50%)的相关系数为20,可得改性PE材料在常温环境下的贮存使用寿命至少为20 a,达到设计要求15 a以上的规定。
The influences of hydrothermal environment (the temperature is 50℃ and the humidity is 95%) on the mechanical properties of a modified polyethylene material were studied by the accelerated hydrothermal aging test. The results show that with the increase of test time, the tensile and bending strength of the material increase on the whole but the notched impact strength decreases overall. Then taking the notched impact strength as evaluating indicator, the storage life of the material in the hydrothermal environment was obtained via the statistical analysis method and it is 1 a. On this basis, the correlation coefficient between the hydrothermal environment and natural storage environment (the temperature is 25℃ and the humidity is 50%) was taken as 20, so the storage life of the material in normal temperature environment is at least 20 a, which meets the design requirement of that the storage life is above 15 a.
