全面系统地阐述了小麦加工过程中调质处理的作用 ,对操作的影响及最佳入磨水分的控制方法 ,并提出一系列缩短润麦时间的方法 ,小麦自动着水控制仪的研究方向和认真做好调质工作的意义。
The authors give an all-round and systematic exposition of the function of conditioning treatment in the course of wheat processing, its impact on operation and the method of controlling the appropriate moisture content in the wheat to IBK, meanwhile set forth a series of methods of shortening dampening cycles, the direction in developing auto-damping controllers as well as the significance in doing a good conditioning job.
