糖蜜酒精废液蔗渣吸附发酵产物对猪的饲用价值研究

Study On the Dietary Value of MABFP to Pigs

本研究进行了两次试验以探讨糖蜜酒精废液蔗渣吸附发酵产物 (MABFP)对生长肥育猪的饲用价值。两试验分别选用杜长大三元杂交生长猪 30头和肥育猪 30头 ,按性别、体重随机分为Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组 ,每组 30头。试验一(生长猪 ) 3组饲粮分别含 0 % (对照组 ) ,2 .5 %和 5 .0 %的MABFP ,试期 2 9d ;试验二 (肥育猪 ) 3组饲粮中分别含 0 %(对照组 ) ,4.0 %和 8.0 %的MABFP ,试验 30d。结果表明 ,生长猪Ⅰ ,Ⅱ ,Ⅲ组日增重分别为 6 18,6 84和 6 6 6g ,差异不显著 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,饲料转化比分别为 3.0 1,2 .89和 2 .96 ;肥育猪Ⅰ ,Ⅱ ,Ⅲ组日增重分别为 832 ,80 5和 832g ,差异不显著 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,饲料转化比分别为 3.6 2 ,3.76和 3.75。肥育猪屠宰测定结果表明 ,各组猪胴体品质和内脏性状无明显差异。由此可见MABFP可用作生长肥育猪饲料 ,开发、推广利用此项资源与技术可降低饲料成本 。

The study involved two experiments for investigating the dietary value of molasses/alcoholic waste water/bagasse fermented product (MABFP) on pig growers and fatteners. In these two experiments, 30 growers and 30 fatteners of Duchangda ternary crossbred pigs were randomly allotted to three groups, i.e. Ⅰ, Ⅱ and Ⅲ, by sex and weight. The three groups (growers) for trial No.1 received diet containing 0% (control), 2.5% and 5.0% MABFP respectively for 29 d ; while the other three groups (fatteners) for trial No.2, 0% (contrast), 4.0% and 8.0% MABFP respectively for 30 d . The results showed that ADG of the growers in Groups Ⅰ, Ⅱ and Ⅲ were respectively 618 g , 684 g and 666 g without significant difference ( P >0.05), and their feed conversion were 3.01, 2.89 and 2.96 respectively. ADG of the fatteners in Groups Ⅰ, Ⅱ and Ⅲ were respectively 832 g , 805 g and 832 g without significant difference ( P >0.05), and their feed conversion were 3.62, 3.76 and 3.75 respectively. The results of slaughter test indicated that there was no significant difference in their carcass quality and characteristics of internal organs. This suggests that MABFP can be used as the diet of grower and fattener pigs, and that developing and promoting utilization of this feedstuff resource and feeding technology will lower feed cost and boost the economic benefit of feed industry as well as pig growing.
