针对用机印生产多套色、大满地花格绒存在的对花不准、嵌花筒、实块深度上不去等问题 ,探讨了圆网印制工艺 ,通过加强前后处理来解决上述问题的措施与方法。生产实践证明 。

With regard to multicolor and blotch printing for fancy checked flannelette. There are many problems in roller printing, such as misregister, sticking in and so on. Rotary screen printing is adopted and solutions of these problems are settled via strengthening pretreating and aftertreating process. On the basis of practice production,it is proved that the result is satisfied.
