采用氧化防染法和物理性防染法相结合的防印工艺 ,利用强氧化剂对阳离子染料得色率的影响达到防印的目的 ,并使用小剂量的钛白粉来提高防印效果。实际生产证明 ,防染率可达 40 %～ 5 0 %

Resist printing process is carried out in combination with oxygen and physical resist printing method. Based on the influence of strong oxidizing agent on color yield of cationic dye, satisfied result of resist printing can be obtained. Meanwhile, the effect of resist printing can be improved by using less dosage of titanium pigment. The ratio of resist printing can be reached 40%-50% in bulk production.
