PUS-01阴离子淀粉在马尾松枝桠材浆造纸中的应用研究

Application Research on PUS-01 Anionic Starch Used in Papermaking with Masson's Pine Branch Pulp

本文探讨了PUS - 0 1阴离子淀粉在枝桠材松木浆中的增强作用 ,确定了最佳使用量。实验结果表明 ,当添加 2 %的阴离子淀粉 ,可使纸张裂断长增加 2 2 .13% ,抗张强度增加 13.2 2 % ;当添加 1% ,伸长率增加 43.49% ,而对抗张能量吸收值 (TEA)增长幅度也较大。

The strengthening effect of PUS_01 anionic starch used in Masson's pine branch pulp has been studied,and the optimal charge has been set up.The experimental results indicate that 22.13% increase of breaking length and 13.22% gain of tensile strength can be obtained with a 2% of the anionic starch; When 1% of anionic starch is used,elongation increases 43.49%,and tensile energy absorption improves with a great extent.
