目前建设项目超概的现象非常普遍 ,如何采取有效的措施控制投资 ,确保投资不突破设计概算 ,是项目审批部门、行业主管部门及业主十分关心的问题 .本文对目前我国建设项目超概的原因进行初步分析 。
