椎管减压结合动态稳定系统 Dynesys 治疗腰椎退变性疾病 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨椎管减压结合动态稳定系统 Dynesys 治疗腰椎退变性疾病的临床疗效。方法2010年1月至2012年6月对23例腰椎退变性疾病患者行椎管减压结合 Dynesys 固定术。结果术后 ODI、VAS 评分降低, JOA 评分增加,椎间隙高度增加,手术节段 Cobb’s 角减少,手术节段 ROM 降低。结论减压结合 Dynesys 治疗腰椎退变性疾病,防止固定及邻近节段的退变,是治疗腰椎退行性疾病的一种有效的固定方法,但仍需大量基础研究及长期临床观察。
